There are a plethora of reasons to have a special event – birthday, anniversary, new baby, graduation, renewing your vows. Just name it.
These events can be big or small. They can be over the top or understated. It really comes down to what type of event the host wants to have. The key is throwing an event that will leave the guests and more importantly, the guest of honor, in awe.
These events sometimes can feel like you are planning a wedding. The guest lists, favors and possible locations, are enough to make people rethink their decision to throw a party at all. However, an event planner can be essential in helping you coordinate and plan your event. Just like a wedding, a planner can help you negotiate contracts, choose vendors and develop a timeline for the overall event.
For special events, I typically help clients as soon as they decide they want to throw a party. This helps me maximize their budgets and really create something special. I begin by understanding what and who the event is for as well as what matters to them and the host. I want to know what makes them uniquely them.
Once I discover this, we begin planning a special event that is one-of-a-kind. From designing the invitations to helping select the cake, there is no detail that will be left unturned during the planning process.
On the day of the event, I will be there every step of the way, allowing you to spend your time mingling and enjoying your guests. Details about this package can be found here.
